What is DNS, in plain terms?
It's the address book that tells the internet which server your website and email actually live on.
Why would I need this instead of my host managing it?
Some hosts don't manage DNS well, or you're moving between providers and need someone who can see the whole picture without breaking mail in the process.
Can you fix a domain that's stopped receiving mail?
Usually, yes. Most cases come down to a missing or misconfigured MX, SPF or DKIM record.
How long does a DNS change take to go live?
The change itself is quick. Propagation across the internet can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 48 hours.
Do I need to move my domain to you?
