What's collected
When you use the contact form, I collect what you type into it: your name, email address, business name or website, what you're enquiring about, and the message itself.
Nothing is collected passively. There's no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party tracking script running on this site, so there's nothing being gathered about you just by visiting.
Why it's collected
Solely to reply to your enquiry, and, if you go ahead, to deliver whatever you asked about. It's not used for anything beyond that, and it's never used for marketing you didn't ask for.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to george@cornrstone.co.za. They aren't written to a database on the site, and this site doesn't share, sell, or hand your information to any third party.
How long it's kept
Enquiries are kept as ordinary email correspondence for as long as they're relevant: for the enquiry itself, and for any work that follows from it. If you'd like an email deleted and there's no ongoing reason to keep it, ask and it will be.
Cookies and tracking
None are set by this site. There's no cookie banner here because there's nothing on this site that requires one.
Your rights under POPIA
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, you can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email george@cornrstone.co.za and it will be actioned directly. There's no support queue to go through.
If you're not satisfied with how a request is handled, you can lodge a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
Who's responsible
Cornrstone is operated as a sole proprietorship. For anything covered on this page, george@cornrstone.co.za reaches the person actually responsible for your information, not a department.
